He has 40 years of experience in development sectors working advisor to Ministry of Youth,Govt.of India, Youth Adviser, NACO-WHO(WR), Lead Member, NACP – III, National Planning Team, Consulting Adviser, Help Age India and Disaster Management Support Project . International Responsibilities:HRD Lead, Commonwealth Asia Centre, Consulting Adviser (youth health), WHO,Indonesia, Senior Adviser, UNDP, UNFPA,UNAIDS Senior Consulting Advisor,International Resource Group(DMSP)
Mrs Namrata Chadha- Vice-President
She is former member Odisha State Commission for Women & Ex-Member of Juvenile Justice Board, Khurdha District. Presently, Member, Sexual Harassment Complaint Committee of State Bank of India,Odisha Hydro Power Corp.Dhamra Port Company Ltd.Odisha Space Application Centre(ORSAC).AIIMS Medical College, Odisha Former, State Advisory Board Member, PCPNDT Act (Govt. of Odisha) . She is a regular resource person and guest faculty of many govt. and non govt. institutions. She frequently participates TV debates on issues connected with women.
Mr Manoj Jena – General Secretary
He has 25 years of experience in development sector, worked international agencies like LWSI, ECHO,UNDP and national oranisations like Peoples Watch. Honored with Rastriya Sadbhavana Samman, National Human Rights Award, Loknayak Samman, Nyay Jyoti award, Youth Icon Award, Sarvodaya Seva Samman etc.
Dr. Rina Routray- Joint Secretary
She is an environmentalist, She always advocates environment friendly society and regularly writes articles on it and done various research on different development aspects.
Mrs Damayanti Patra- Joint Secretary
She is belongs to Bonda tribe one of the primitive tribe in Odisha, She had worked for the development of Bonda community, the primitive tribe of Odisha. She has also worked as Health worker at ASRA NGO in Malkangiri Dist. from 1993-1998. She is now looking after various skill development programmes for women groups.
Mrs Bhagyalata Singh – Treasurer
She belongs to Dalit Christian community. She is an inspiration of many women folks. She is leading women self help groups movement in her locality. She helped many women to be empowered socially and economically. Also she had led many anti liquor movement in her locality.
Ms Quamar Sultana Begum – Member
She is presentably holding member secretary of Odisha State Child Welfare Council, She has a vast working experience with different organisations on child development.
